​During the three-month process, pages undergo frequent changes, reorganization, and rigorous scrutiny from management, team members, and the merchandising department. It is essential that the pages adhere to strict guidelines and maintain complete accuracy.

I confidently oversee an average of 20 pages at any given time. In my 2+ years at Menards, I have designed and managed over 270 pages, showcasing my proficiency in handling a high volume of work with excellence.
